Replacement parts are shipped directly from our factory in Lyons, NE. All parts needs can be handled over the phone or via mail at the following address:

• Part number and description
• Quantity
• Preferred shipping method
• Shipping address
• Billing address
• Serial number of the machine that you are ordering parts for.

Shipping notes:

• Shipping costs are FOB Lyons, Nebraska.
• Shipping costs are your responsibility and will appear on your statement.
• We normally use (and prefer) UPS standard shipping.
• If you wish to use a different method, please be aware that the costs may be higher, and in certain cases, we reserve the right to charge an additional handling fee to cover our expenses.
• Although UPS is available in Lyons, other shipping methods may not be available. Contact our engineering department to determine availability if you wish to use a shipper other than UPS.
• To ensure that your parts arrive safely and on time, our engineering department may require specific shipping methods.
• If you wish to know shipping charges right away, please provide a fax number for us to send the invoice.
