Eagle Tru-Cut Stationary Unit

The Eagle Tru-Cut is the economical unit of our tire cutter series. This patented unit is designed to cut car, truck and rear tractor tires. Range is up to 11 x 24.5 x 12 ply truck tires. The Tru-Cut gives you the economy package and allows you to still cut two tires in one cut. Units are available as stationary with 15 HP, 3 phase electric motor or 20 HP gas powered portable. The "no frills" answer to cutting car and truck tires.

The patented Eagle Tuf-Cut adds flexibility to your total tire cutting system by providing you the opportunities of accepting tires up to 23.5/25, 12 ply into your system. The unit also allows your system to cut two or three tires at one time, yielding 60-70 truck tires per hour or 120-150 car tires per hour.

The Tuf-Cut comes standard with a tire lift and rollers to handle the larger tires. The Tuf-Cut is available as a portable or stationary unit and can be powered by electric, diesel or gasoline.

Eagle Titan II

The patented Eagle Titan unit enables you to increase the flexibility of your total cutting system by adding tires up to 38" wide and 8' diameter scraper tires. We have also cut 27.00/39 mining tires with this unit, in certain situations. The Titan is standard with power roller beds along with easy access controls.

The Eagle Titan is a diesel powered, portable unit, but can also be furnished as an electrical unit.

We consider this unit our "work horse" unit and is second only to the Titan II, which is rated as the top of the line cutter.

The patented Titan II is the ultimate tire cutter that we can supply to the Waste Tire Recycling Market. The Titan II has the ability to handle and cut large OTR and mining tires up to 44" across the tread and up to 12' in diameter. We have experience cutting 27.00R49 up through 40.00R57 mining tires with satisfactory results. The HP of the diesel engine, special design location of the cylinder mount and the blade design allows equal cutting pressure throughout the total cutting cycle time.

The Titan II is complete with powered extension rollers, extended bed and integral trailer.
